    Digital Era is Here! Taiwan Advertising Market Has Doubled the Growth

    Commerce Development Research Institute (CDRI) held forum today on 21st with theme of this event called "Current New Media Advertising Module", and we have invited ETNEWS Executive Director Pai-Lin Qin, Vice President of Marketing Department Mr. Shou-Cheng Gu to lecture and hosted by our Vice President Dr. Hwang-Jen Chang, this event has attracted over 20 business and 50 participants.   

    ETNEWS Executive Director Pai-Lin Qin shared her experience on media marketing and VP Mr. Gu further shared more in-depth on analysis of China's digital advertising in 2016 which reached to RMB 400 billion - Taiwan's digital advertising has more substantial growth in 6 years, from NTD 102 billion in growth to 258 billion, the growth rate was up to 153%, which video, action, social are the mainstream of digital advertising, this also pointed out that digital advertising will catch up to traditional advertising soon in 2018. 

    VP Mr. Gu further stated that the live E-Commerce market, according to the estimation from market survey agency MarketsandMarkets that the global video streaming market including video broadcasting, the annual output value will grow up to over NTD 2 trillion. According to recent survey data from Institute for information Industry, in the past three months, 78.4% of Taiwanese internet users have watched live TV shopping network, thus making the "Live E-Commerce" regarded as the latest trend.  

    Our VP Dr. Chang also added through the introduction of the future trend of digital marketing from ETNEWS Executive Director Pai-Lin Qin and Vice President of Marketing Department Mr. Shou-Cheng Gu that participants today were fully understand the differences between the traditional and modern new media marketing strategies, including the main customers to carry out direct marketing. As broadcasting live has becoming a trend, the social media switch to E-Commerce with large data and artificial intelligence, mobile devices priority have highlighted the values and differences. She believes all these will provide enterprises with more accurate Marketing strategies in order to expand business opportunities and sustainable management.
