Commerce Development Research Institute (CDRI) today on 24th conducts course of “Second Generation of Entrepreneurs in Sustainable Development Program”, location chose at EP-Book House. CEO Sheng-Yi Dai has shared his personal business management experience from the heart, and suggested how students should be managing on branding in order to break through the despair of low profits. At the same time, he believed that one must give back to the society as its where you’ve given everything from.
This time, the proportion of male and female students has reached to 7: 9, is the first time that the number of female students larger over men, as we can see more women leads and making decisions in current business environment. And the class will be completed on 3/31 - whether they are current classmates or met from previous classes, we are certain that these students have accumulated deep friendship with each other, through their planned events like visiting each other’s work places, hiking, dinner and other activities, this will continue to strengthen the exchange of resources between students, so that students can learn from different business practices and better their businesses.

Q1. How will the second generation kept the founder’s origin belief?
A: First have an ideal mind at heart, and secondly is to have the hardships of the determination, is not all golfing and wine tasting.
Q2. How can young business owner conduct social responsibility?
A: It’s important to have a profitable business, no profit equals to social harm; the business must be legitimate because legitimacy is a social responsibility.
Q3. The second-generation class of men and women is 7: 9, showing the rise of women in management; any suggestions for the women taking over family business?
A: Firstly, is to have the courage, secondly that their parents should not be too protective of young girls because under too much they will lose the motivation on protecting the family business. Thirdly, good English ability is crucial as it’s now an international society. Fourthly, one must focus on its work and less entertainment.
