    Boost the health promotion service suppliers, Ministry of Economic Affairs leading the industry to p

    The “health promotion” business refers to an emerging new type of health service dedicated to leading suppliers to launch into development of potential health promotion service business and encourage vertical and interdisciplinary integration in order to found the related eco-industrial development in Taiwan. Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs is engaged in boosting the “Program for Boosting Health Promotion Service Industry Development” this year, in order to enable all sectors to have full knowledge of the subsidy and development orientation toward the business model in 2015. Today (Feb. 4), the “Presentation of Program for Boosting Health Promotion Service Industry Development” was held at NTUH International Convention Center, which was attended by more than one hundred guests from the academic, governmental and industrial sectors.

    As indicated by Jian-Bin Wang, the Director of Commerce Development Research Institute, the Industrial Development Bureau will be dedicated to facilitating the inter-industrial collaboration through guidance to the business model, by IT-enabled service and in an internationalized manner, with its past experience in developing the health promotion-related industries, in order to construct and derive more innovative business and service models and to activate the commercial environment. It is expected that the annual output value will amount to NT$32.1 billion and an annual growth rate of more than 15% in 2015.
