Commerce Development Research Institute (CDRI) Southern Branch together with Ministry of Economic Affairs have execute 2017 project of “Promoting the Regional Balanced Development Program for Business Services", to promote the promotion of business services in the southern part, to start a series of catering management training courses, experts & scholars and industry practice lecturers were invited. For this, have attracted 43 industry owners from southern part, nearly 54 students to participated in, to enhance the southern commercial service industry personnel quality and service quality. 

Vice President of CDRI, Dr. Hwang-Jen Chang has pointed out, "Listen to the aspirations of Taiwanese food and beverage industry to understand the urgent needs of the catering industry. Therefore, in order to serve the small and medium-sized enterprises in the south, the future of CDRI Southern Branch for its main task is to assist the medium, media, to solve the problem, and integration of multi-resources, such as law firms, legal service centers, labor units, environmental protection units, franchise association, jointly promote the advisory platform, the establishment of mutual cooperation model, the development of new business models or new technology services applications. " 

This course is a four-week and six-hour course, including catering management, communication skills, marketing and decisive key, quality service and so on, and hope that through the theoretical study, practical operation and group discussion model can inspire the southern talent and innovation thinking & business model to help the southern region of business services industry continued to improve, promote industrial transformation and growth.
