    International Innovative R&D and Application Program for Service Industry

    1. Re-grasping 17 potential cities in 2010-2015-2020 of its lifestyle consumption trends, the analysis on exploring valuable items of each city in the category of consumer demand; through bilateral trade volume to differentiate business items that we can put focus on. A total of 2,400 quantitative questionnaires were conducted from two urban consumers that one in Manila and the other one in Jakarta by using six different Persona (in 2015) to discover a new group: (Type G & Type H). Therefore, when re-grouping urban consumers in 2015 and 2016, they found something new that all types of Persona developed changes, and discovered two types: decision-making type and follower type. Then, selecting 100 representative figures to clarify its method of positioning. In recent years, there have been significant increases in number of consumers who purchasing through the Internet. Thus, through 1,200 quantitative questionnaires indicating the behavior and attitude of consumers on virtual platform in order to help them better understanding their behavior and enhance their integration emerging co-prosperity.

    2. Using the "Interpretive Simulations Business Simulator” concept to provide simulations that can be used by many people simultaneously, the system can automatically generate a variety of business challenging models on one hand and record the actual dynamic data on the other. The purpose is to make new business members (1) the prediction on proportion of expenditure; (2) the proportion of expenditure; (3) the proportion of income; (4) balance of payments, etc., to remind the new venture to focus on the dynamics of capital flows. The system provides a variety of query mechanisms to grasp the actual dynamics of funds, so that the business owners can learn and look for clues and then use resources to find propose solutions to strengthen business knowledge to build consensus to include the following index inflation scenarios and response ways: income, expenditure, R & D expenses, salary costs, fixed assets expenditure and sudden expenditure. 

    3. System platform provides and collects 24-hour continuous data, and through the API (Application Programming Interface application programming interface) to conduct information processing analysis. Through http socket interface to provide access to the open population data analysis, and through excavating, restructuring, etc.; combined with the services provided by the manufacturers themselves to the general user applications. Through the domestic Internet reptile program and abroad "Open Data" (Open Data) to collect: on the one hand to expose local government operations, enabling enterprises to access the most valued market environment dynamic; the other hand, research institutions and enterprises to use its open Information, value-added activities for research and development to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and then derived a new valuable circle, providing a variety of value-added services to strengthen Taiwan's "Knowledge-Based Economy".

    4. Research and develop consumer business detection tools and real-time business intelligence decision support platform to help Taiwan enterprises to strengthen the overseas target market consumer behavior trends mastery, insight into their consumer behavior and lifestyle trends, build Persona database to grasp the specific market demand, and through market analysis tools to assist the industry in eight anchor tools and strategy development; then consumer demand and lifestyle products / service prototype development; and sub-two item service model innovation link to accelerate our industry with emerging target market. An average annual budget of NT $ 24 million to help the industry to save the market penetration of about 10%, driven by an estimate of NT $ 240 million, can shorten 1/3 investment decision-making time of its industry, increase turnover of about 10 %, actually helping our industry to create their own value of goods to attract consumers’ attention, to create differentiation overseas to enhance the international competitiveness of more than 250 businesses to solve the market expansions and bottlenecks.

    5. Continuous maintenance of the first international database for service industry, the International Knowledge and Energy Bank of Services (SIIS), reached its viewing visitor up to 225,697 people. In 2016, its main focus is on circulation services, chain restaurants, health services, fashion and other industries, continuous observation and accumulation of global industrial technology trends and trends in the development of basic data, the construction of our service industry trends and observations. A total of 240 new added industry reviews, 169 major issues (media exposure), 20 industry quarterly publications, and the upload services International Knowledge and Energy Bank of Services (SIIS). It will help to accumulate industry-based information in various fields, grasp the latest industrial technology / market information trends, provide industry investment, government policy formulation, and R & D direction research institutions of reference.

    6. By collecting successful cases of international service exportation, the key factors and mode characteristics of successful internationalization of domestic and foreign service industry are extracted: By completing DHL, European Citylog, Japan Yamada and Sagawa Express, Krispty Kreme, Burger King, Wing Stop, Shakey's, Cool Japan, K-food, Glooko, Omada Health, Practo, SM Entertainment, Indra Devi Yoga Studio, Shopbop, Farfetch , ETSY, Small Red Book, Sample Store, Luxola, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Alibaba, Zhunyu, Suning Cloud Business etc. cases analysis. 

    7. Through the naval force platform of Commerce Development Research Institute, the group will gather cross-sectoral members to tap the innovative service themes with growth potential and future business opportunities. By creating, modifying, and testing innovative international service models to make real business benefits of SIG partners. A total of 23 SIG communication events were held and 443 partners were recruited.

    8. Focus on Taiwan's top quality service industries (such as circulation services, chain restaurants, health services, fashion and other industries), the chain of industrial Eco-system, chaining industry value chain resources, the use of consumer business intelligence tools and real-time business intelligence decision support platform, co-design innovative service solutions, the establishment of International export demonstration cases to help the industry to develop new business potential for the business district of entry and business strategies to improve the success rate of overseas investment and marketing business. Hands-Free Travel innovative urban circulation model, innovative mode of cross-border tourism retail platform, dining brand authorized intermediary mode, distinguish food and beverage promotion model, intelligence and health of things platform output mode, health culture service output mode, Taiwan fashion design brand innovative service mode, the mode of intelligent service chain, the innovative mode of fashion micro-agent platform, the mode of continuous consumption of tourists in and out of the country, and the mode of cross-border integration of multi-country and multi-network. The model is planned and implemented jointly with the demonstration companies. Though field verification and application work, the local innovative service system can be created to implant a model of mutual benefit and symbiosis, so as to enhance the competitive position of China's international market. This year, we have assisted 20 companies directly or indirectly by investing in internationalization-related innovation services, the amount of investment is about NT$12.85 billion, driven by NT$25.66 billion of derivative business opportunities, and contributed to employment of 896 people.
